Adding Center Caps

(01.26.14) I had 2 full sets of 15x8 white wagon wheels and was trying to sell them for a while and couldn't sell them as everyone wanteed to add center caps to them, so I thought about it and t hen got underway adding them, here are the results:

I started with a wheel spacer I had lying around. Basically this would allow for the wheel spacer to have the holes that went to the hub to act as the center line for the holes for the center caps, you just have to make sure it is centered on the wheel, and then centered side to side and inside the ring.

So, all in all, I started with a 3/32" pilot hole and then out to the 7/32" drill bit, using plenty of oil and lube. It is either a 7/32" or a 15/64" hole, it was hard to tell exactly when you measured older wheels that had some rust, but either way, it is a 1/64" and covered by the cap and the screw.
