Along with the goodies came some other good stuff in that the firewall, inside and out, as well as the windshield frame were painted Mustang Yellow. This is nice in that all the work is already done and that part of the project does not need to be disassembled and put together. The windshield glass is new as well as a new wiper motor and linkage. This is really nice that it is already done and doesn't have to be done during the reassembly stage.

The original owner got the Jeep with an ashtray and cigarette lighter, so that was attached to the dash. That was a rarity in 1985, so that might be sold off. Also, up for sale is the hard top that was on the Jeep. This is a nice feature to have, but the Jeep is going to be a true convertible when done, so the hard doors and hard top are going to go to get some money to buy the parts that are need to complete the project. These parts are up for sale in the Items for Sale section.

So, disassembly began and the parts that are not needed or are extra in the package are being put up for sale. There were 2 Jeeps that created this project, so there are tons of extra parts for a 1985 Jeep CJ-7 as well as a 1989 Jeep Wrangler(YJ) up for sale in the Items for Sale section.

In the coming weeks, more will be up for sale. There is an additional full poly kit as well as 2 computers and the wiring harness for that as well. I am not sure on the condition of these, but I have them and it will make someone happy. I have to figure out if I have to smog this or not, and if I don't have to, then the entire emissions control will go up for sale as well.
